WELCUM TO MY CHURCH art book is a scrapbook-like collection of explicit fetish and gay erotic photography, life quotes, insights of society, sex and love, hatred and raunchy stream of consciousness tinged with dark humor. The book features photographs and interviews of 28 Finnish gay, bi and pansexual men, whose thoughts on sexuality, politics, family life and religion have been transformed into pages. The visual appearance of the book is influenced by 90’s grunge and rock album covers and gig posters as well as old Finnish porn magazines.

All the material have been designed, written and photographed by Peter Juhan: totality is a mixture of never-seen-before material shot in 2025 and parts from previous three photoraphy series which have been re-edited for the book.

The book was released in Peter’s official online store on January 2026, selling numerous copies in its first week.

On March-April 2026 Welcum To My Church was internationally launched in Berlin (The Ballery gallery) as a 10-day solo exhibition during Easter Berlin Leather Week. The exhibition was a hit: it was noted in a local queer magazine and local book store, selling dozens of copies to international visitors all around the world.
