Since 2018 Peter Juhan, 34 years old Finnish multidisciplinary artist has shaken and colored Finland's minority culture, music and art world by storm. He works as a fetish photographer, DJ, electronic musician and club organizer.

Peter is well-known by his sexual/pornographic and explicit black&white photographic works which explore and embody BDSM, masculinity, male physique, kinky lifestyle and gay subcultures. His works carry a subtle humor, authenticity and beautiful raw power since all his models are those of true enthusiasm and desire.

As a strong visual artist, Peter’s style and vision are really clear: he trusts a photograph as it is and always avoids heavy retouching and artificial enchantments, especially never using AI. Peter often describes himself as “documenter of honesty and pleasure”. In a world saturated with polished and perfected visuals, Peter wants to keep his art unfiltered and timeless. Sex and physique don’t need embellishment. He often likes to work in darkness and small room to make the sessions as heated as possible. During photoshoots he mostly uses industrial lights and flashlights together with either digital or film camera.

“WE ALL HAVE OUR NECESSITIES TO BELONG AND LIVE OUR LIVES IN OUR OWN TERMS. NO ONE CAN’T TAKE THAT AWAY. EXPLORING OWN SEXUAL BEHAVIOUR AND EXPRESSING IT INTERNALLY AND EXTERNALLY IS ESSENTIAL. THAT’S BEING A HUMAN. AND INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL.”

Since 2021 Peter has already created four solo exhibitions which have gained notable attention. Parts of his exhibitions have been on display in Berlin during Folsom Europe and Easter Berlin Leather Week. In addition to Finland his artworks have been sold to Germany, United Kingdom, Denmark, USA, Australia and Japan, for instance.

On March 2026 Peter made his first international leap: he organized an solo exhibition WELCUM TO MY CHURCH at The Ballery gallery in Schöneberg (Berlin), where he released and showcased his first art book with the same title and photography works from previous exhibitions. Exhibition was a success: it gained hundreds of local and international visitors, and sold dozens of art books and art prints.
